ED105 Educational Psychology
This course is designed to provide the student with an in-depth background in the patterns of normal human growth and development among children and adolescents and its implications for learning and education. A general understanding of exceptionalities among children and youth to age 21 will be explored. Topics include human development, learning, cognition, motivation, individual differences, and group processes. Addresses GLE Learning Outcomes Social Sciences (SS) and Critical Thinking (CT). This course is often taught simultaneously with ED506. Requirements for completion of this course for graduate credit are more rigorous.
