This course is designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills required to evaluate student learning in both classroom and clinical settings. The course will cover various evidence-based strategies for evaluating clinical judgment, critical thinking, and decision-making processes, with a focus on how these competencies influence patient care outcomes. Additionally, the utilization of data obtained from program assessment and accreditation to inform curriculum design and enhance teaching practices is included. Successful completion of this course will help prepare the student for the NLN Certified Nurse Educator examination.
